1. The result is subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria laid down in Advt. No. 87/06-07 .
2. The above result is subject to revision after rechecking of marks of those candidates who apply for the same and also the final outcome of the pending court cases.
3. The information about marks will be given after the declaration of the final result i. e. after viva-voce test.
4. Candidates who had appeared in the Main written Examination and desire for rechecking of marks, are requested to send their application along with requisite fees on plain paper for rechecking of marks within 45 days from the date of declaration of the final result i. e. after viva-voce test.
5. Result of candidate bearing Seat Nos. 603281 is subject to the conditions laid down in the oral order of Honourable High Court dated 12- 12-07 in S.C.A. No. 24761 of 2007.

7. If there is any change in the postal address of candidate who have qualified for Interview Test, they are requested to communicate the new postal address to the office of the Commission immediately.

ગુજરાત જાહેર સેવા આયોગ દ્વારા મે-2008માં લેવાયેલી ક્લાસ 1 & 2 અધિકારીઓ માટેની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષાનું પરિણામ જાહેર થવાની ઘડીઓ ગણાઇ રહી છે ત્યારે કેટલાક લેભાગુ તત્વો પરીક્ષામાં પાસ કરાવી આપવા માટે મોટી રકમની માંગણી કરતા હોવાના અખબારી અહેવાલોથી ઇમાનદારીપૂર્વક પરીક્ષા આપનારા ઉમેદવારોમં સંશય ઉભો થયો છે. આ સંજોગોમાં આપણે સૌએ ધૈર્ય ન ગુમાવતાં જીપીએસસીની નિમણૂંક પ્રક્રિયા પર વિશ્વાસ મૂકી ફક્ત તૈયારી પર ધ્યાન આપવુ જોઇએ તેમ મને લાગે છે. પ્રસ્તુત છે આવા કેટલાક અખબારી અહેવાલો. કલાસ વન અધિકારી બનવાનો ભાવ ૩૦ લાખ અને કલાસ ટુનો ૧૫ લાખ

રાજય સરકારમાં કલાસ વન અને કલાસ ટુની જગ્યાઓ સીધી ભરતીથી ભરવા માટે ગુજરાત પબ્લિક સર્વિસ કમિશન(જીપીએસસી) દ્વારા મે-’૦૭માં લેવાયેલી પરીક્ષામાં ઉત્તીર્ણ થયેલા ઉમેદવારોના મૌખિક ઈન્ટરવ્યૂ દિવાળી પછી લેવામાં આવે તેવી શકયતા છે, ત્યારે આવા અરજદારોને કન્ફર્મ ઓર્ડર અપાવવાની લાલચ આપીને કેટલાક દલાલો કલાસ વન અધિકારીના રૂ. ૩૦ લાખ અને કલાસ ટુ અધિકારીના રૂ. ૧૫થી રૂ. ૨૦ લાખ પડાવતા હોવાની માહિતી મળી છે. આશ્ચર્યની બાબત એ છે કે આવાં તત્ત્વો અરજદારો સાથે ખાસ ‘એમઓયુ’કરીને જોઇન્ટ બેંક એકાઉન્ટમાં એડવાન્સમાં અમુક રકમ જમા કરાવડાવે છે, જયારે બાકીની રકમ કન્ફર્મ ઓર્ડર મળ્યા પછી આપવાના કરાર કરાવે છે.
પ્રાપ્ત વિગતો મુજબ મે-’૦૭માં જીપીએસસી દ્વારા કલાસ વન કક્ષામાં જિલ્લા રજિસ્ટ્રાર અને નાયબ પોલીસ અધિક્ષક (ડીવાયએસપી) જયારે કલાસ ટુમાં મામલતદાર, ટીડીઓ અને સેકશન ઓફિસરની રિટર્ન પરીક્ષા લેવામાં આવી હતી. આ પરીક્ષામાં આશરે પાંચેક હજાર અરજદારો બેઠા હતા. દિવાળી પછી પસંદગી પામેલા ઉમેદવારોના મૌખિક ઈન્ટરવ્યૂ થવાની સંભાવના છે. લાલ દરવાજાની બહુમાળી બિલ્ડિંગમાં આવેલી જીપીએસસીની કચેરીની આસપાસ ફરતા દલાલોના માણસો આવા શિકાર શોધીને તેમના બોસ પાસે લઈ જાય છે.
જે અરજદારની ગરજ જોઈને ભાવ નક્કી કરે છે અને નોકરી પાકી થયા પછી બાકીનાં નાણાં આપવા તેવા કરાર કરાવાય છે. દલાલનો ભોગ બનવામાંથી આબાદ ઉગરી ગયેલા એક યુવાને અરજદારોને કેવી રીતે જાળમાં ફસાવે છે, તેની વિગતો આપતાં દિવ્ય ભાસ્કરને જણાવ્યું કે, આ દલાલો પોતાના મળતિયાઓ દ્વારા સૌ પ્રથમ ઓછા માર્ક ધરાવતા અરજદારને શોધે છે. આવા અરજદારને રિટર્ન ટેસ્ટના માર્ક બતાવીને કહે છે કે, સરકાર ચોક્કસ સંખ્યામાં જ કર્મચારીઓની ભરતી કરવાની હોવાથી તમારી નોકરી કન્ફર્મ કરવી હોય તો આટલા રૂપિયા આપવા પડશે.
માનસિક રીતે જીત મેળવી લીધા પછી દલાલો તેમની પાસેથી આસાનીથી રૂપિયા પડાવવાનો પ્લોટ અમલમાં મૂકે છે. સૌપ્રથમ અરજદાર અને જે-તે દલાલના નામનું સંયુકત બેંક એકાઉન્ટ ખોલાવવામાં આવે છે. બેંકની પસંદગી અરજદારને પોતાની રીતે કરવાની છૂટ આપવામાં આવે છે. એકાઉન્ટમાં કલાસ વન માટે ઓછામાં ઓછા રૂ. ૫ લાખ જયારે કલાસ ટુ માટે ઓછામાં ઓછા રૂ. ૩ લાખ મુકાવવામાં આવે છે. આ ઉપરાંત એક ‘લેખિત કરાર’ કરાવવામાં આવે છે, જેમાં નોકરી પાકી થયા પછી બાકીની રકમ ચૂકવવાની ખાતરી લેવામાં આવે છે.
કર્મચારીની સંડોવણી વિના માર્ક બતાવવાનું શકય નથી
જાણકારો કહે છે કે, જીપીએસસીની કચેરીમાં જઈને ઉમેદવારોને માર્ક બતાવવાનું ત્યારે જ શકય બને જયારે આ કચેરીના કોઈ કર્મચારી કે અધિકારીની તેમાં સીધી સંડોવણી હોઈ શકે, કારણ કે સામાન્ય રીતે પરીક્ષામાં પાસ થયેલા ઉમેદવારોને તેમના પરિણામ ઘરે મોકલવામાં આવે છે. તેથી કોઈ પણ અરજદારને તેમનો ક્રમાંક કેટલો છે તેની જાણકારી હોતી નથી. મૌખિક ઈન્ટરવ્યૂની જાણ પણ પત્ર દ્વારા જ કરવામાં આવે છે.

રાજયમાં કલાસ વન અને કલાસ ટુ અધિકારી બનવા માટે જીપીએસસીની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષામાં બેઠેલા ઉમેદવારોને ભોળવીને કન્ફર્મ ઓર્ડર અપાવવાના બહાને રૂ.૧૫થી ૩૦ લાખની મસમોટી રકમ પડાવવાના ‘દિવ્ય ભાસ્કર’માં પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેલા અહેવાલને પગલે મંગળવારે લાલ દરવાજા સ્થિત જીપીએસસીની કચેરીમાં સન્નાટો છવાઈ ગયો હતો, જયારે જે ઉમેદવારોએ દલાલો થકી કન્ફર્મ ઓર્ડર મેળવવા ચોક્કસ રકમ આપીને ‘એમઓયુ’ કર્યા છે તેવા ઉમેદવારોએ પૈસા પરત મેળવવા દોડાદોડી શરૂ કરી દીધી છે. આ કૌભાંડમાં જીપીએસસી બોર્ડના એક પૂર્વ સભ્ય અને એક રાજકીય આગેવાનનો પુત્ર સંડોવાયો હોવાનું જાણવા મળ્યું છે.
ભાસ્કરમાં પ્રકાશિત થયેલા અહેવાલને પગલે દલાલો ભૂગર્ભમાં ઊતરી ગયા છે અને જે ઉમેદવારોએ એડવાન્સ પૈસા આપ્યા છે તેવા ઉમેદવારોએ પોતાનાં નાણાં પરત મેળવવા દોડાદોડી શરૂ કરી છે. બીજી તરફ સરકારી નોકરી મેળવવા માટે તનતોડ મહેનત કરીને પરીક્ષા આપી રહેલા હજારો ઉમેદવારો આ સમાચાર સાંભળીને અવાક થઈ ગયા છે.
જીપીએસસીની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા આપનારા અમદાવાદના અનેક અરજદારોએ દિવ્ય ભાસ્કરને જણાવ્યું હતું કે, જો નબળા ઉમેદવારો દ્વારા નોકરી મેળવવા આ રીતે નાણાંની લેતીદેતી થતી હોય તો પ્રમાણિકપણે-મહેતનથી પરીક્ષા પાસ કરનારા વિધાર્થીઓને થનારા અન્યાય માટે જવાબદાર કોણ ? દરમિયાન જીપીએસસીની કચેરીમાં જઈને ઉમેદવારને માકર્સ બતાવવાના વ્યવસ્થિત કૌભાંડમાં બોર્ડના જ એક પૂર્વ મેમ્બરનું નામ ચર્ચાઈ રહ્યું છે. સૂત્રોએ જણાવ્યું કે, આ મેમ્બર નિવૃત્ત થયા પછી તેમની વહીવટી વગનો દુરુપયોગ કરી રહ્યા છે. તેમના થકી જ એક વ્યવસ્થિત ચેનલ ઊભી કરવામાં આવી છે, જેમાં અમદાવાદના એક રાજકીય આગેવાનના પુત્ર પણ સામેલ છે. જો કે કલાસ વન અને કલાસ ટુ અધિકારી બનવા માટે ઉમેદવારો પાસેથી ઉઘાડી લૂંટ ચાલતી હોવા છતાં તંત્ર દ્વારા હજુ સુધી ઉમેદવારોને વિશ્વાસમાં લેવા કોઈ પગલાં ભરવામાં આવ્યાં નથી. મંગળવારે કેટલાયે ઉમેદવારોએ કચેરીના અધિકારીઓનો સંપર્ક કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો હતો, પરંતુ કોઈ જવાબદાર અધિકારી મળ્યા ન હતા.
